First and Foremost, we check to our data to ensure that no one is left unturned in our search for the best candidates. Secondly our offices abroad place an advertisement in leading news papers, job fairs in various cities and local provinces in the country were the company is requesting.

PRE- SCREENING

Our senior staff or technical interviewer, is tasked with the responsibility of Pre-screening candidates to come up with a short list of the most qualified applicants who will then be endorsed to the clients for interview approval.

FINAL INTERVIEW

At this stage, clients shall be requested to send their representative to conduct the final interview.
